The 11th Annual Wings Over Water will take place on Nov 6-11. Get out you binoculars and scopes and get ready to check out the birds and wildlife of the Outer Banks. The 6 day event will offer birders many opportunities to view the wildlife of Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge, Ocracoke Island, Mattamuskeet Wildlife National Refuge, Cape Hatteras National Seashore and the Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge.
