My 1999 GMC Surburban is getting up in miles, and the 4runner has been getting my attention, a logical option with the gas prices hitting a all time high. After reading this post, Toyota is out of the question. Now I need to find out if General Motors is doing the same thing before I buy my 5th Surburban since 1988. Shame on Toyota for expecting consumers to buy their 4X4's and not being able to use them. I can't get into Pier and Surf anymore. Hate them. Hate that Jimmy will see my posts as gone. How about 2 days. One devoted to surf fishing and 1 to doing a charter? Full day. How many is comfotable on the boat? Looks like 4 including captain. Best would be 2 in my opinion but it's a matter of cost.
