Jumbo Loans at an Amazing Rate 5.25% today with Shane Cook at First Horizon

We have arranged an exclusive portfolio ARM with rates that cannot be beat. The rates on this program today are 5.25% for a 5 year ARM and 5.625 for a 7 year ARM. This program can do 2nd homes and primary residences and loan amounts up to $3,000,000, and normally requires roughly 20% down (varies per purchase price.) The rates will also vary depending on credit score, loan amount, etc., but this is an amazing program that will help move along some of these Jumbo properties in the spring market.
