The real estate and mortgage markets have received nothing but negative news over the course of the last 2 years. Gloom and Doomers exist everywhere. The problem is that things aren’t as bad as they say. Most all lenders still have all the loan products that existed before the negative news.
In addition, they are good buys in the real estate market now. Once the media, papers etc..start talking positively then we will come out of this hole that has been painted to the American consumer. Until then the negative people will continue to bring us down!!
