Rates are stable this week with some lowerings occurring this morning and into the weekend due to negative date on consumer confidence. 30 Year Fixed Rates are looking good at 5.625%. We are adding new programs every day, and have some very exciting programs coming down the road that I look forward to telling you about. We are still able to do 1 week closings for clients who are trying to get in before rental season. Call me for details.
