North Carolina Maritime Museum on Roanoke Island

The NC Maritime Museum on Roanoke Island will offer a variety of maritime skills, boatbuilding, sailing programs and workshops throughout the year in the Creef Boathouse. NC Maritime Museum on Roanoke Island
October 25 Build a Boat in a Day - 9:00am until 5:00pm – Build an 8 foot plywood boat. Teams will build a boat using the stitch and glue method. Workshop cost includes all materials and finished boat at end of the day. Cost: $275 members / $300 non-members. Minimum age is 8 years old with adult. Workshop limit is 5 teams.(252)475-1750.
