Outer Banks Taste of the Beach happening this weekend
Published March 8, 2008 by Sabrina GordonTaste of the Beach began on Thursday and will end Saturday afternoon at 6:30pm at Kelly’s restaurant with the Taste of the Beach Expo. The events that are scheduled will range from instructional classes from Outer Banks Epicurean and COA and also from several beach establishments. The wine lover to the chef will be entertained by the array of offerings. The price per event is from $15 to $99 and the Expo on Saturday is $40.
The Chowder Cook Off is also set on Saturday at Coastal Provision’s Market in Southern Shores set to begin at noon. Also on Saturday night is the Sauce Boss show being held at the First Flight High School Auditorium at 7p.m. Information for purchasing tickets plus a whole lineup of the events happening this weekend can be found at the event website www.obxtasteofthebeach.com.
