Visit www.ncseagrant.org and click on “FRG” under “funding opportunities” for forms and application instructions.
Submissions will be reviewed by panel members of the NC Division of Marine Fisheries and the NC Marine Fisheries Commission among others, and final decisions are expected to be announced April 30, 2008.
