Great year-round rental, permanent residence, or second home! This is a GREAT location with several ways to get in and out during the busy season. With a traffic light at Helga Street, a left turn is no problem! The tenant has taken good care of the property. The washer and dryer in the utility room does not convey, as the tenant owns those. The window unit in the dining room conveys; the one in the master bedroom is owned by the tenant and does not convey. None of the furnishings convey. Property to be sold 'As Is.' ACT QUICKLY, as a property in this price range (and in this nice location) won't last long!
