It does have all new windows but windows need to be trimmed out on the inside. Seller hired someone to do the work and it just is not getting finished so the seller is selling this house in As-Is Condition. New front porch - walk in the front door and straight ahead is a large laundry room. To the right is the hallway and then stairs to the left leading to the 2 upstairs -decent size bedrooms (Jack and Jill) the east bedroom has a nice new deck and sliding doors facing the canal.
