This home is on a large bulkheaded soundfront lot and is the southernmost soundfront lot in Kitty Hawk Landing. It offers some of the most expansive sound views anywhere from Corolla to Nags Head. To the west, you see the endless water view of the Albemarle Sound. To the south, you see the shoreline and marsh lands of the NC Coastal Reserve. It is truly one of the best views you will find. The adjacent Coastal Reserve provides not only a breath taking southern view, but also privacy and a long sandy beach. The interior of the home was upgraded in 2015. A new kitchen features cherry cabinets with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. All interior walls were repainted. The pine floors were refinished. New carpeting was installed in the Living room/Dining area. Vanities in the baths have new Granite or Quartz countertops. One HVAC system was replaced in 2010 and the other was replaced in 2012. The 80 Gal water heater was replaced in 2011. The home was re-plumbed in 2013. The exterior was repainted in 2014. The roof was replaced in December 2016. All soundside window and slider trim was removed, new waterproofing was applied and "Plasticad" trim was installed in December 2016.
