Sandpiper Cay is a condominium complex at the north end of Kitty Hawk with 35 individual buildings containing multiple units with 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Some units are single story on the ground and some units are 2 story with the living are on the ground and the bedrooms on the second floor. There is a community pool and tennis court. Some of the second floor units have an ocean view off in the distance. You will find Sandpiper Cay just before you get to the subdivision of Sea Scape as you travel north on Rte 158 and just past The Gables Condos.
