This home is in excellent condition. Located in a well sought after area in Buxton. It has been very well maintained by the owners. The home is ideal for a primary residence or secondary home. It has been absolutely redone and fully updated. Do not let the date fool you. There is no sign of the 80's left in this home. They have totally redone the entire home. The master bedroom was enlarged by converting this home to a two bedroom. The Master bedroom is now over sized with a walk in closet and a jetted tub. It looks outstanding. In 2015 the owners put a new roof on the home, new siding, new vinyl windows, new carpet, new attic stairs, new Kitchen cabinets, new Formica countertops and a gas fireplace. A year later in 2016 they installed new kitchen appliances, new washer and dryer, new porch deck and pilings and a new HVAC system. In 2017 they updated the electric service panel and also installed a new 420lb cylinder propane tank. They also painted the interior of the home and installed a new water heat in 2011.
