Pool is large with nice outdoor living spaces. New'ish ground floor game room and master suite opens to pool area. There are storm doors on the four bedroom doors to the decks. The community has oceanside parking and the HOA is voluntary. New roof, heat pump and central forced air were installed between 2008-2009. Extra parking area was recently paved on the east side of the house near grill. There is a deeded path to a soundside deck with lovely views of the water. FYI: owner blocks home from September 1 until Memorial Day, for family and guests. You could reasonably expect to pick up 4 extra Fall weeks and 1 or 2 Spring weeks.
