YOU WILL NOTICE A FEW WATER STAINS ON THE PANELING - THIS IS THE EXPLANATION FOR THE STAINS -"The seller said " The stains on the paneling are stains that are many years old. Specifically, the area around the octagonal window and the window behind the TV occurred prior to our having the casing replaced. There are also some stains around the paneling near the fire place, most of the stains occurred when severe "Nor'easter" storms occurred in that area.
