Request for copy of commitment letter

REQUEST FOR COPY OF COMMITMENT LETTER

1. According to paragraph 5(a) of the Offer to Purchase and Contract between Buyer and Seller for the Property, Buyer is to use Buyer's best efforts to secure a customary loan commitment letter from Buyer's lender on or before . Also according to paragraph 5(a), after said date, Seller may request in writing from Buyer a copy of the loan commitment letter, and may terminate the contract between Buyer and Seller for the Property if Buyer fails to provide Seller a copy of the loan commitment letter or a written waiver of the loan condition set forth in paragraph 5(a) within five (5) days of receipt of Seller's request.

2. Seller hereby requests that Buyer provide a copy of the lender's customary loan commitment letter within five (5) days of receipt of this request.
