Absolutely Like New Condition!! Seller only uses as a second home and not able to come as often as she would like. This townhouse has all the "bells and whistles". It could be the model as it is "tricked out" with the best of amenities. This floor plan has a nice office off the kitchen so the chef can take care of email and prepare the family's meals all at the same. Even the middle level has good sound views but wait until you get to the top floor! WOW! There is a small deck off one of the masters and off the dining area.
