It has a septic permit for inexpensive gravity systems (three - 4 BR-480 GPD and one - 2 BR-240 GPD bed system) in place without expiration. You could use one 4 BR system for your house, one for your shop, One for your wedding catering operation and the last 4 BR system and the 2 BR system for your 3 rental units. Open the box of possibilities here. Or keep it simple - the demand for small affordable rental units is now and always will be high. You could do seven 2 BR units with the town pitching in on the expenses and helping you to find the (very grateful) tenants and gross $84,000 plus a year. That is Oceanfront money without the huge weekly rental expenses and commission.
