Well cared for 1 story on the ground that does have a handicap ramp way. There was no flooding during Mathew!!!! Easy beach access east on 5th street which has a stop light. Easy access to Kmart. Avalon Beach has a private parking lot for beach access just south of Avalon Pier to use. Freshly painted indoors, carpets cleaned and it shows very well. Two storage sheds in the back yard.
