The 1,400 square feet upstairs has the original 3 bedrooms with 2 baths with a totally remodeled kitchen and a wood burning impressive brick fireplace. Bamboo floors in the living and dining area. Gorgeous cherry wood kitchen cabinets. The water dispenser at the sink and icemaker in the fridge are both hooked to GE water filters. Off of the living area is a 272 square foot sun deck. The basement adds another 1,400 square feet with 1,199 feet of that finished and heated. That includes another family room with a massive brick fireplace with gas logs or could be switched back to wood burning. Also another huge bedroom or rec/game room with a wet bar that could be used as an in-law suite. There is a full bath and a utility room with a washing sink as well. I did not count the 11 X 15 mechanical room with the heat pump in it in the heated square footage. There are boards precut and labeled for the windows and doors in case of bad weather. The interior part of the heat pump was replaced in 2005 and the exterior in 2010. The inside of most all of the home has had an extensive makeover. Beautiful galley style kitchen. All carpet, padding and paint used in the makeover are formaldehyde free. The carpets are Shaw brand Brenham and meet the low-VOC requirements for carpet based industry standards. The paint is Harmony by Sherwin Williams and is zero-VOC, Green Guard certified paint. The roof was replaced in 1999 and new septic in 2002 when the downstairs was first remodeled.
